4th Day, 5 May in Kiel

Friday morning people woke up to a rainy atmosphere, but luckily there was only a small drizzle. This week is approaching its end soon. Students are flying this weekend to Finland, Finns tomorrow evening and German students on Sunday.

On Friday, the contents of teaching included the developing of the tourism service ideas of each team, and then creating customer journeys for their respective personas. The task for Seppo today was to upload their customer journeys to Seppo, but Saturday's task is much more challenging!

It was quite interesting to notice that students have become really creative during the first week, and on Friday many ideas were redesigned or renewed. The customer journeys above provide now the latest versions of the teams' ideas. These customer journeys were rewarded  equal amount of points, so the game is getting more exciting!
